When do we start paying?
When a team's season starts. Every team pays from its first month.
Do families or coaches pay for the app?
No. Only the club pays Court Work.
What does it cost when families pay us?
A payment processing fee: 4.9% + 30¢ for a card, or 1.5% for a bank payment (at most $25). Your club chooses whether to cover it or add it to what families pay. The fee pays the cost of processing the payment, and the rest goes to Court Work.
Should we pass the fee on, or build it into the price?
Either works. Pass it on, and an $800 season costs a family $839.50 by card while your club receives $800. Build it in, and you set the price a little higher and pay the fee yourself: at $820, a family pays $820 and your club receives $779.52. To receive $800 that way, set the price at $842. Wherever you set a price, Court Work shows both.

What happens if we stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your club keeps every record.
