How it works
Set each team's fee
Give each team its fee, as one payment or monthly payments. All the players on a team get the same plan.
Families pay in the app
Parents see what they owe for each child and pay it in the app or on the web.
See who has paid
Each payment gets a receipt from your club. Admins see who has paid on each team, and can refund a payment, pause a plan or mark a fee as paid in cash. Admins also find your club's payouts and tax forms there.
Questions
What does it cost when families pay?
A payment processing fee: 4.9% + 30¢ for a card, or 1.5% for a bank payment (at most $25). Your club chooses whether to cover it or pass it on to families. The fee pays the cost of processing the payment, and the rest goes to Court Work.
Who sees who has paid?
Only club admins. Coaches never handle money or see who has paid.
What happens if a payment doesn't go through?
It shows on your Home screen. Court Work does nothing to the player, and what happens next is up to you.
Can families pay monthly?
Yes. Set the team's fee as monthly payments.
Can families still pay us by cash or check?
Yes. An admin records the fee as paid another way, and it shows as paid.
