Once you've added your teams and invited their coaches and families, the season is set up. Each person sees only the teams they're on.
How it works
Set up each team
Give each team its season, level, head coach and fee.
Invite coaches and families
Invite people by email. Nobody has to make up a new password, and kids without an email sign in with a code from their coach.
On your phone at the gym
Your teams and people are on your iPhone too, for when a parent catches you at the gym with a question.
Your Home screen
You see today's games with live scores, anything waiting on you (like a payment that didn't go through) and how each team's week went.
Questions
Do families have to download the app?
No. Everything a family needs is also on the web at app.courtwork.app. With the app, they also get the live score on their Lock Screen.
Can kids without an email or a phone use it?
Yes. Their coach gives them a sign-in code. A child under 13 needs a parent's permission first.
What do coaches get?
Coaches see their own teams, players and week ahead, and can send workouts to their players.
Who sees what?
Families see their own children's teams. Coaches see the teams they coach. Club admins see every team.
What does it cost?
$12 a team per month, only while that team's season is running. Families never pay Court Work.
